OpenGridMap may at our sole discretion, under any circumstances, for any or no reason whatsoever and with or without prior notice to you, terminate your access to the Works, any means of accessing or utilizing the Works or the API.

Exclusion of Liability

You acknowledge that these Works Terms constitute a non-exclusive agreement. OpenGridMap may develop products or services that compete with products or services that you offer without incurring any liability.

OpenGridMap in no way represents or warrants that it owns or controls all rights in all Works, and OpenGridMap will not be liable to you for any claims brought against you by third parties in connection with your use of any Materials.

Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or waiver of the privileges and immunities of OpenGridMap, all of which are specifically reserved. Any dispute between OpenGridMap and you arising out of, or in connection with, opengridmap.com, the Works, or your use of opengridmap.com which cannot be amicably settled between the parties to such dispute shall be arbitrated in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules as then in force. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator and the language of the proceedings shall be English. The arbitration shall take place in the District of Columbia. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted remotely (e.g., via telephone conference or written submissions) whenever practicable. Any resulting arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
